Concrete Overlays

A new surface without a full tear-out

A thin, decorative overlay resurfaces worn, faded, or lightly cracked concrete instead of removing and repouring the whole slab.

Resurfacing

Same stamped and textured finishes, applied over existing concrete

When a slab is structurally sound but worn, faded, or cosmetically cracked, an overlay can resurface it with the same stamped or textured finishes used on a new pour — at a fraction of the cost and disruption of a full removal and repour.

The finish options are the same ones shown on the stamped concrete page: wood-plank, slate, and stone-pattern textures, in whatever color works with the house.

Add before/after photos of an actual overlay project once available — current gallery shows the finish options, not a specific resurfacing job.
